ABOUT GLADEYE PRESS

GLADEYE PRESS is an independent book publishing business. We are a husband and wife team with more than 50 years combined professional experience as editors and writers. We’re also deeply rooted in the region, both of us are native Oregonians and have lived, worked, and played along the coast, in the cities, smaller towns, and many of the places populated by little more than moss, ferns, and trees, or jackrabbits, juniper, and cattle. We love the Northwest. We understand that there are a great many special stories and so much we can all share about this place and we look forward to being a part of the storytelling.

Books for everyone.

Literary Fiction

We publish great fiction regardless of genre. We look for the best fantasy, mystery, science fiction, suspense, romance, and more. Our current catalog includes a cozy mystery series, a genre-busting fantasy series about a time- traveling sleuth, and a fantastic title that combines science fiction and philosophy with nonstop action!

History

Memoirs, essays, and other writings about people, places, and events that have and continue to shape the region. Current projects include family stories about midwestern immigrants that settled in Oregon during the 1930s, and one woman's story of her experiences living, teaching, dealing with culture shock and learning to love the native people in the villages of the Alaskan bush.
